AWA has extensive experience with site development all across the United States. From the beginning stages of a project, our planners meet the client to understand their vision. We then master plan the project, factoring in the land use, local codes, land values and financial feasibility of the project.

During the planning process we meet with the local agencies, prepare necessary documents, master plans, renderings, and reports. We provide comprehensive client representation at all essential meetings to obtain the planning approvals.

As the project continues, we manage the entitlement process, through to the end. Over our 50 years, our team has established quality relationships with numerous agencies to assist in getting entitlements for various projects. We manage the team, project schedule, and budgets to ensure that the client obtain project approvals on time and within budget.
